RUNUP. refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from item delivery. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can not offer a full refund, only exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from authorized sales outlets.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund, once approved, will be processed and the funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund please check your bank or credit card account in a few days. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular in-stock items shall be refunded. Final sale items cannot be refunded. (*some conditions apply.)

Exchanges

We only replace items if the item meets the standard set above in the refund policy. If your exchange for the same item is not in-stock or no longer available a credit will be issued or you may select another item of equal value. You will be notified throughout this process. Send us an email at [email protected] regarding the item you wish to exchange.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, the original purchase receipt must be provided or exchange will not be processed.

Once the item and receipt is accepted you will be able to select your exchange item or in the case of a refund, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser account.

Depending on your location, the time for your item to be processed and approved may vary. Your exchanged item will be delivered once processed and approved.
